Tortas et Délices will not accept the return of any products because you have changed your mind about your purchase. Once a product has been sold and exited our premises it cannot be returned and sold again. Therefore, a product must display a clear fault in order for a refund to be accepted.
Please note:
– All Tortas et Délices products must be refrigerated between 0˚C and 5˚C.
– Store all Tortas et Délices products in their original packaging and remove only when ready to display and serve unless instructed otherwise.
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required for all large orders.
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately.
– If you wish to change an order that required a deposit please contact us no later than one week prior to the pickup date.
– Providing a tax invoice upon pick up for the full amount or deposit paid is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
