About Us

Meet Guilherme Cruz I am the owner, pastry chef and the person behind Tortas et Délices. Our business was launched in 2018 however; in 2021 we decided to further invest in our brand. We have a strong presence in Brazil and Australia and we would not be where we are today without the inspiration of my mother and grandma that offered me the passion and creativity to invent our amazing pastries, sweets and products.

I am so grateful for them guiding me on my culinary journey and finally, where I am today. Tortas et Délices originated in Sao Paulo, Brazil and expanded in Sydney, New South Wales. We now have further ventures in Adelaide, South Australia where Tortas et Délices has a strong presence and continuing to build a loyal customer base.

At Tortas et Délices we really care about our products and providing the best experiences possible to our customers; I like to say, “it’s not only a cake or a product, it’s an experience full of wonderful memories”.
